We never sell your data. Driver records are handled under FCRA and the DPPA and used only to provide the review and monitoring you request.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, company, USDOT number.
- Driver & record data: driver identifiers needed to obtain a motor vehicle record, and the record results returned by our screening provider.
- Usage data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it
- To obtain and review driver records, surface CSA and 49 CFR 391 flags, and provide ongoing monitoring you enroll in.
- We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Consent & the FCRA
Emissions-compliance data is handled. The driver's standalone disclosure and written authorization — including consent for ongoing monitoring where applicable — are captured and stored by our credentialed screening provider before any pull.
How it's protected
- Encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Access limited to you and authorized X3 personnel supporting your account.
- Stored with reputable infrastructure and screening providers under their security controls.
Your choices
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing us.
- Close your account at any time; we delete or anonymize data per our retention schedule unless legally required to keep it.
